Please copy the description of your item from your Word document and click on the icon on the HTML editor that appears as a yellow file or folder with the letter W on it, then paste this into the editor.

Should this not prove to be successful, you can copy the description from your Word document and paste it into Notepad and then cut and past it into the description box.

Using Word to create your description has a tendancy to add additional characters and spacing, which then affects the total character count for the HTML Editor.
