You can have a new password emailed to you by going to the Forgot Password page. Enter either your Bob Shop Username or the exact email address that you used to register with. You will then be sent an email with a new password. Using this new password you can then change it to something that is easier for you to remember by logging into the my Bob Shop area and clicking on the Change my password link.

A common problem that users have when trying to log in is that sometimes users copy and paste the password from the email that they receive from us and take with the copy a trailing space on the end (this will cause the login to fail). Also, if you are typing it in, make sure that you are not typing a letter when the actual character is a number (or vice versa).
