Billing

You will receive an invoice for your Bob Shop fees on the first working day of every month, reflecting your Bob Shop account activity for the past month. In addition, you can view your account at any time, by accessing your Bob Shop account in the My Bob Shop section. If you would like to see every individual transaction be sure to select the detail view.

Basic sellers who list Classifieds will be billed up front and the fees will be payable in advance via credit card or if the seller has sufficient credit in their account, the fees will be automatically debited from the current credit balance. Should there be insufficient credit available, the full amount will have to be paid using a credit card in advance.

Create a listing

When creating the listing of an item that you want to sell on Bob Shop, first choose one of the formats offered: auction, buy now, classified, and so on. Next, select the appropriate category for your item and the relevant sub-category.

Item details

Enter a title briefly describing the item. Always ensure the title is relevant, accurate and truthful. Then specify the item details like the condition and location. Select discreet listing if you do not want buyers' or bidders' user names revealed.

Pricing and quantity

For a buy now, enter the price at which you want to sell your item. For auctions, it is recommended to set a starting price at the minimum you are willing to receive for the item (rather than setting the optional reserve price). The bid increment is a required field for auctions and should be set at about 5% of the price you expect to receive for the item.

Images

Always include one or more images that depict your item accurately. If you use stock images, we advise that you search the internet for royalty-free images.

Sale Not Completed (SNC)

In the case of unpaid orders, sellers can claim back their success fees and alertBob Shop of potentially rogue buyers.

To file a SNC, select File SNC in your sales panel. Be sure your SNC claim is accurate and valid. The SNC may be filed between 7 and 60 days after the original transaction date.
