Dispatch
We only send parcels out TUESDAYS and FRIDAYS. If payment is made and reflects in our account by no later than
TUESDAY morning 09H00, it will leave the same day (TUESDAY), if not, payment must reflect on our account by no later than
FRIDAY morning 09h00, to be sent out the same day (FRIDAY). No exceptions. You will receive an e-mail on these days
with your parcel's tracking number. We do not allow any collections. We regret we don't ship outside the SAfrican Border
Delivery Time
We send all our parcels with the SA Post Office. Delivery time is approx. 3-7 working days. Your tracking no. will be sent to
you via BOB mail. If your parcel is not received within 10 days of despatch, pls contact us for assistance. If your parcel has
been lost, we'll re-send your item, if available or issue a full refund.
