You would like us to "RAVE" about you as a buyer and we would like you to reciprocate the same. In both our interest, our aim is to render exceptional service for the product we offer our BUYERS. We would like to bend our backs for you (of course within reason).

Products can sometimes be faulty/damaged even though they are in their original packaging. We cannot see through sealed packaging. Avoid negative rating to express your frustrations. Contact us immediately to resolve it amicably. We will make every effort to ensure your overall experience with us is "TRULY EXCEPTIONAL".

Whilst every effort is made to ensure products listed on Bid Or Buy are always available in stock, for various reasons at the time you decide to "buy" it, it may be out of stock. If this is the case, we will advise you immediately by email.

At the time of purchase, it is essential that you take note of the following for your order to be expedited:

• Re-confirm availability of stock.
  
• If in doubt, check delivery method and costs with us. Sometimes the cost may vary due to the weight, volume and shipping method.
  
• Upon successful completion of the transaction, we immediately send you an email with delivery details. Please check your junkmail folder - often we have buyers querying their tracking numbers etc. only to find the email is in the junkmail folder.
  
• If all the procedures are followed correctly and we have the item in stock, we would normally ship within 1-2 days; sometimes even the same day!!!
  
• If you have any good ideas/suggestion to improve your experience with us, kindly drop us an email and will gladly consider it. We may even send you a surprise gift if your idea/suggestion is brilliant!!!
