Shibazi make a good quality knife, we have to say, and have been doing so since 1983. There is nothing cheap and nasty about these. They are rigid with non-slip ABS handles and a metal bolster to prevent you from slipping and cutting yourself. The spine of the blade is thick and will support the cutting edge while you are cutting even the toughest old steak, no bending here. They are housed in a very classy acrylic and chrome stand that you can happily put on your dinner table.
