Four Rare South Africa 1980 "National Art Gallery - Cape Town" 20c Landscape stamps with the Unique Variety "Superimposed text from the 15c stamp of the same set in 'Ghost Writing' on the right side of each of the 20c stamps" - Close up scan provided of the Variety.
All these stamps come from a collector who bought the full Sheet from the Post Office without realising the Variety and used them for postage at the time. These last four stamps were salvaged from the original Sheet when the VARIETY was spotted.Truly Unusual Variety which is difficult to explain how it could have happened during the Printing Process. These stamps are probably UNIQUE and should be kept together as a set of stamps Proving the Variety existed on a Sheet !!!
