This frame measures 99cm/42cm & the medals & insignia are framed behind glass. We have not opened the frame so it is as it was originally compiled. (And is quite dusty!) Please refer to the detailed pictures for an idea of the condition of all the items. The lanyard came together with the frame.
The medals on top: WW1 Victory Medal, WW1 1914-15 Star, GEORGIVS V BRITT, Permanent Forces Of The Empire Beyond The Seas For Long Service And Good Conduct Medal & King George VI Coronation Medal/GRI (1937).
Without removing the medals we noted that all the medals had serial numbers & the name "Wallace". The only one we could not check was the 1914-15 Star, though presumably that is also marked similarly. The photo identifies the medals as belonging to Major JM Wallace.
Most of the insignia (6 X items) is for the Technical Service Corps. There are also 2 Union Is Strength/Eendrag Maak Krag insignia. Please refer to the pictures for details of the other cloth insignia, ribbons & photos, as well as for these items general condition.
