Seems to be a special piece. Lots of writing and or signatures.
I wish I knew the significance and welcome input. It has been framed
in Paris, France. The framed piece measures height 37cm and the
length is 51cm. Measured at the gold border it is length 39cm and
the height is 25.5cm. Gratefully informed by user ANTIQUETRADER
that this piece is by artist Utagawa Hiroshige and is called
Shower at Shona
Based on info supplied by an astute user I conducted an internet
search (thanks J) and would think this is a Woodblock print by
the artist as mentioned. Artist born 1797 and died in 1858
Please note these marks on the bottom right corner going up (on
border piece)
