THESE THREE AWESOME VOORTREKKER MONUMENT INAUGURATION MEDALS PRESENTED BY THE MAYOR OF JHB ON 16 DEC 1949 WERE HANDED OUT TO SCHOOL CHILDREN AT THAT TIME. THERE WERE 80 000 OF THESE MEDALS MINTED AND ARE A GREAT PART OF SOUTH AFRICAN HISTORY. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU ARE BIDDING PER MEDAL TO TAKE ALL THREE OF THEM.
