Rare and unusual vintage Art Deco 4-colour mechanical pencil, plated, Made in England, solid and working.
This pencil works by rotating the top barrel to the selected colour, then pushing it down to expose the required length of lead. It is then pulled back, rotated to select the next colour, and so on. The nose is removed to load the leads, which would be stored in the back section. Requires new leads. Plate a little worn in places. A lovely, well made item!
