Hand engraved (not laser) on stone slab by Russel Dlamini 1995
The piece depicts a giraffe standing by a tree and is signed bottom right hand corner by Russel Dlamini - 1995.
In very good condition with some natural hairline cracks in the stone.
The finely detailed artwork is engraved on a 35mm (at base) thick wedge shaped hard stone slab, greenish in colour with black and yellow flecks. Unsure of the type of stone, it could be a type of granite.
Engraving is finely detailed, very well done. The images does not show the colour and detail very well at all and the stone is much greener than pictured. Some of the yellow flecking can be seen in the last image.
The piece measures approximately 22cm x 11.5cm and can stand upright for display purposes.
