Russian Hallmarked Silver Serviette or Napkin Ring circa 1908-1917 ,22g

Vacant cartouche surrounded by unusual engraving. It appears to be a design of various diamond, square and spear shapes.

Very solid and well made. Solder line visible though and tiny split or crack in the silver (manufacturing fault, please see photographs)
