Stunning South Africa 1970 "Water Campaign" strip of (4) x 2 1/2c stamps (SACC 304) with the Variety "Shift in blue colour to the right on all of the stamps". A normal stamp is included for comparison. All of the stamps are in unmounted mint condition (MNH).
