SINCE THE SEEDS ARE VERY SMALL LOBELIA SHOULD BE PLANTED IN SEEDLING TRAYS TO START THEM OFF (SEE OUR PLASTIC SEEDLING TRAYS) THEY CAN BE TRANSPLANTED WHEN LARGE ENOUGH TO HANDLE.
