| DESCRIPTION | A beautiful framed original oil painting by South African artist Kim Meyers and done on fine canvass over hardboard. The painting depicts a Namaqualand farm scene with the veld flowers in full splendour. It is not dated but was probably painted early this century. The artist's signature appears at bottom left and the artwork is framed in a quality gilded wooden frame with an inner frame. This painting is very large and in horizontal format. It measures 80 x 124 cm framed and the artwork itself measures 60 x 104 cm. In the image above you can see the item up for auction. See further images for more details. |
