: MATCHBOX INTERNATIONAL COLLECTOR'S ASSOCIATION) in ENGLAND ...They were only available at that Convention, and were only available for 1 day !! (March 24th, 1990) .... only 5,000 were made and it is extremely difficult to find them world wide!! Collectors go crazy for this one !!
