A carved bone stanhope in the form of a pair of binoculars. Inside each binocular is a black and white photo of a St. Helena scene, so this might be an item that was made by the prisoners on the island a century ago. It has a little ring attached so that it could be hung as a pendant. It measures only 22mm.
