Tanzanite is a beautiful natural gemstone that has become one of the most popular stones in jewellery. It ranges in colour from soft mauve and lilac through to deep violet and blue. This gorgeous cluster of tanzanites feature 16 stones that are of a wonderful hue and very nice and bright. Together they are 0,48 carats. The gold is 9 carat (hallmarked 375). Other hallmarks include the jeweller's mark and also the date indicator of 2007. The ring head is quite large (15 X 15 mm) but the ring itself is for a petite size 4 and a half. The quality is excellent and the hallmark shows it to be assayed in Birmingham, the jewellery quarter of England.
