Where Shun's Classic Chef's knife features stainless steel Damascus blade cladding; this limited addition knife features 32 layers of stainless steel and copper cladding. Copper ribbons shimmer across the blade surface; and are set off by the copper accents on the bolster and endcap; which features an exclusive laser-engraving. This limited edition 10th Anniversary Knife features VG2 Japanese steel cutting core with 32 layers (16 per side) of copper and stainless steel Damascus; a 16 degree cutting angle on each side with flat ground; D-shaped Pakkawood handles enhanced by a copper-ringed bolster and endcap with laser-engraving. Each knife will feature a edition number; numbered sequentially.
