| DESCRIPTION | A beautiful medium to large sized original oil painting of A CAPE WEST COAST COTTAGE. Painted by the listed and accomplished South African artist HANSIE POTGIETER (b 1942). The painting is done on hardboard and it is has been newly framed in a very good quality dark frame with inner frame. The artist has signed the artwork at bottom right and the artwork is not dated, but dates from the 1960s / 70s. The artwork measures 550 x 850 mm in the frame and the artwork alone measures 400 x 700 mm. You can see the painting as it is sold in the image above.
