In fact, one 8-week research study examined the addition of 2,000 calories (the amount of two daily servings of MASS-TECH combined with 2 cups of skim milk per serving) consisting primarily of protein and carbohydrates to a daily diet composed of approximately 2,300 calories (including 0.5 to 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight) and a weight-training program. It was found that, on average, significantly larger increases in fat-free mass and muscle size occur, with no significant changes in fat mass and bodyfat percentage.
RECOMMENDED USAGE
