Q. What does refurbished means?
It means that one of our engineers has given the phone a full examination and check; made sure that phone will work with all networks (except 3G unless stated specifically that is will work on the 3G Network)) and that this unit looks as new as possible. All units come with a great quality battery, and 14 days warranty. NO other accessories are included unless stated otherwise.
Q. What does grade A, B, C means?
Grade A - These units are either 14-Day retail returns or Fully Refurbished Units. They are Grade A Handsets, showing no significant cosmetic damage. These units will look "as new".
Grade B - These units are Used handsets and will show signs of average wear & tear. They are not very heavily scratched or marked and will not be damaged or broken. They are not "as new" but of a high standard for second user handsets. They are fully checked and tested and have the same warranty as the Grade A handsets.
Grade C - These units are Used handsets and will show more signs of more severe use, deeper scratches and chipped paintwork. They will not be damaged or broken and will still be fully tested and checked. They are fully checked and tested and have the same warranty as the Grade A handsets.
Q. What does sim free means?
A. Sim free – Sim free = unlocked, what means that phone doesn’t have any sim lock, and its able to work with any network provider of your choice. Please note that not all phones even though they are sim free will work on 3G network.
Q. What do I do if I get phone and it does not work?
A. In this extremely unlikely situation contact us to let us know before leaving feedback on BoB, return the phone and we will give you a 100% full refund or replacement phone if you want. Remember also if you find within 7 DAYS of your purchase that you are not 100% completely happy then give us the chance to rectify any concerns you have, please do not just leave negative feedback. If we cannot then remember we offer a full money back refund!!!
Q. Do I get any warranty?
A. YES – All our phones are sold with 14 days (unless stated otherwise) in house warranty (excluding liquid and physical damage). Warranty is base on the date of purchase so please keep your Bid or Buy purchase records for further reference if needed. You will not receive a warranty on paper, so please DO NOT ask for it. If your phone fails and you need to use the warranty please email us first with your purchase details (name of item, auction number, your Bid or Buy ID, shipping address, payment method and date, your email address) and describe phone fault; you will then be given instruction where to send the phone for repairs and how long this process should last.
If you are having problems with your payment please let us know as soon as possible. If we do not receive payment within 7 days after your purchase was made we will open an unpaid item dispute and we will file a Sale Not Completed (SNC). If an SNC is opened against you and you decided to pay for your order, please respond to the dispute and give us clear information when and how the order was paid for.
DISPATCH AND POSTAGE
Once your order has been paid for it will be posted out to you within 1-3 working days (please note that most items are sent out same day if ordered and paid before 1pm). Orders will be send out via the shipping terms on the auction page. Please do not get frustrated and leave us bad feedback for delays in postage which are beyond our control. Please DO NOT email us regarding shipping information unless it’s been at least 15 working days (UK items) after your order was paid for. We will email tracking numbers a soon as we can.

All products are supplied with a 7 days return to us if not satisfied policy, applicable from the date of receipt. Item(s) must be returned as received, in full, with no missing components / parts, with all original packaging. Any item(s) returned, is to be done at the cost of the buyer. If you want to return your order please email so we can provide you with return details and Returned Item Form (RIA).
