VINTAGE TUDOR ROSE DESIGN GOLD RING WITH PEARLS AND GARNETS. LONDON ASSAY OFFICE 1966.
ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!
This is such a beautiful and unusual piece of vintage jewellery! It features a Tudor rose design of pearls and garnets. There are six real pearls and seven round cut garnets with a total of 0,15 carats. The ring head is quite large (13 mm in diameter) and it's raised 7 mm above the finger. At 3,6 grams it is a nice substantial piece! The ring itself is yellow 9 carat gold (hallmarked 375) and it dates back to 1966 (London Assay office). I just love this very pretty ring. It is definitely one of the more special pieces I have managed to find in London's antique row!
