After attending a few local yoga classes i bought this dvd to help start up my home practice and it is absolutely fantastic!!!
The poses are well linked and perfored well and june does a great job explaining them in plain english to you. At 55miutes its a good lenght and does not drag on, the special features are good two. I think it is one of the best yoga dvds avalible.
