- If you are not satisfied with your order please return it within 10 days and we will refund your money back.
- If we send you the wrong item, keep it and we will send the right one .
- We ship all orders within 48 hours of receiving payment. This excludes weekends and public holidays.
- We offer a 30 day replace or refund for faulty items. Items damaged due to misuse are not covered.

- We accept EFT, cash deposits and Bobbucks for payment
- If you intend to participate on the next auction please checkout first for product reservation.You can pay for all your purchases at once as long as the first one is not past the 7 days
- We allow combined shipping for items bought or won within the same week from Monday to Sunday.
- If you want your item insured please add 2.5% and indicate you require insurance.
