Beautiful condition!
Mounted in wooden finger jointed case with original hinges and clip
These meters are becoming increasingly scarce and is not often found in this condition in its original case.
The meter is in excellent condition and very clean.
The wooden case has some very minor marks but no major damage. All the hinges, clip, leather handle and screws are intact. The clip and handle brackets have some surface rust.
The dial is clean and the cover glass has been replaced with a new one. The needles move freely and the adjusting knobs work perfectly. I have no doubt that this meter will still work if leads can be sourced.
Unfortunately the exact age and origin is unknown. The only wording on the meter is as shown in the images.
Total size of the case is 30cm x 21cm x 16cm.
