valon Springs Resort. You will have 5 weeks a year on a rotational schedule in Unit 607.  The chalet has its own jacuzzi and is fully furnished including air-conditioning throughout and underfloor heating.
 
 It also has a fully fitted kitchen with a dishwasher and everything else you would
need. Both rooms and lounge have a flat screen TV with DSTV and there is a dvd player in the lounge. There are heated towel rails in the bathrooms, hairdryers, pool gowns and all linen. The units are fully serviced so you don't have to worry about cleaning. There is a braai on the stoop with a view of the mountains overlooking the resort.



The unit has a dedicated shaded parking bay with a valet service to the unit and a golf cart transport system for luggage and personal transport if needed.

All of the amenities at Avalon Springs Resort are available to you, all hot pools, on site Restaurant, 24hr Take Away, bars, kiddies entertainment in the form of a 60m Super Tube, play park, mini golf and others.
Montague has a golf course, lovely walks, and a stunning farm tractor ride with a potjiekos to end could be booked on a nearby farm. Montague is a quaint village with a Saturday market and the home of Montague dried fruit and there are many wine farms in the surrounding district.



Pools are fed from a 43ºC Thermal Spring roughly 2km's under ground and pumped to the various pools in such a way that they all differ in temperature, thus catering for everyone's needs.



If you choose to rent out some of your weeks that is all taken care of by the resort and the weeks are put into a rental pool, so if your unit is not rented you still get a share of the rentals for the week.
There is no low season at Avalon Springs and it is usually fully booked so there is a good rental income.
There is now also an option to swop your weeks for another resort at a small fee. I have rented out 4 of my weeks and used one of them and  my rental income has covered my levy for the year usually leaving me with a small profit. So although the levy is around R20 000 for the year, because this is an extremely popular resort and is usually fully booked, I have always had income from the rental pool for the weeks I have let. To give you some idea the rental income ranges from R4000 to R8000 depending on the season. I do not want to sell as we love going to Avalon Springs, it is a magic resort but I unfortunately need to  sell at this stage.
