A doll house miniature rug/carpet.
Made in Istanbul, Turkey. Machine woven with very fine silky yarn. These carpets were originally made as samplers of classic patterns and later the sizes were adapted to the doll house and have been in demand since Victorian times when the doll house came into fashion.
The size is compatible for the 1:12 scale as a SMALL carpet/rug
and for the 1:24 scale as a full size carpet.
These carpets are half the size of the carpets I sold recently.
