What is an OStrap?
OStraps are super strong, purpose built Paracord Survival Straps that take the form of bracelets, belts and keyrings. They are made from tightly woven Paracord with an enormous choice of colours and 5 different types of buckles. Depending on the length and thickness of the OStrap, it can contain anywhere from 3m up to a whopping 7.5m of 550 Paracord to be unraveled and deployed in any emergency situation requiring cordage.
What is Paracord?
Paracord (also called 550 cord or simply parachute cord) is a lightweight nylon kernmantle rope that was first used by paratroopers in World War II as suspension lines for their parachutes. It has a breaking strength of 550 pounds (almost 250kg) and consists of an outer sheath covering 7 inner core strands.
