FABULOUS VINTAGE JADE RING WITH MARCASITES.
ART DECO!
HALLMARKED ENGLAND
Stumbled upon this lovely vintage piece and loved it straight away! It features a softly rounded oval jade cabochon that has been claw set into the sterling silver ring. The shoulders hold four marcasites and the whole design is classic art deco. I would love to know the real story behind this piece. All I can tell you is that it is hallmarked with the words "sterling" and "England". There is no major signs of wear and tear but being vintage, there are some buff marks. The green colour is a particularly nice hue of green.
