The MIRA Dynamics Body Cupping Therapy set consists of two easy to use, body safe, 100% medical grade silicone cups, 1 green (soft) and 1 blue (hard), that eliminate blocks to your life energy flow and provide relief across a wide-range of common to severe health illness.
Green is soft, Blue is hard. Always start treatment with the Green Cup.
How to use your Body Cupping Therapy Set:
1. Generously apply your favorite MIRA Dynamics Essential Oil to the area to be treated.
2. Gently Squeeze your MIRA cup and apply directly to skin, release your vacuum suction to life skin.
3. Glide (move) your MIRA cup in zig-zag, up/down and circular motions for 5-8 minutes per area, per session.
Only leave cup stationery to treat persistent problem areas.
Leaving your MIRA cup stationery for longer than 2 minutes will result in "bruising". Please see warning.
