The duty mark is rubbed, so I'm not entirely sure whether it is
George the III or IV - so somewhere between 1786-1833

It is in good -v.good condition commensurate with antique silver with typical minor surface scratches, bowl dimples and a very slightly blunted end. Well worn monogram.
