VICTORIAN MOURNING PENDANT
This pretty pendant was in a terrible condition with very badly chipped enamel covering the front and it had no bail to thread through a chain. The back with the woven hair was intact and under glass framed by 9 carat gold, under the enamel was the sterling silver with the pretty cross with all the seedpearls and a little diamond intact. We decided to polish the enamel right off, as it was beyond saving and to add a bail made of 9 carat gold, and a little diamond to just finish it off.
I love the look of it and think it came out just lovely.
