THIS INCREDIBLE VINTAGE SOLID BRASS (IT HAS NICE WEIGHT TO IT) LIDDED COFFEE CANISTER AND TEA CADDIE STORAGE SET MEASURES AS FOLLOWS: THE COFFEE CANISTER IS 8.5cm x 8.5cm AND THE TEA CADDIE IS 7.5cm x 8.5cm TALL. THE COFFEE CANISTER IS ENGRAVED AS FOLLOWS: "COFFEE" AND "SELECTION OF BEST ARABICA PLANTS" AND THE TEA CADDIE IS ENGRAVED AS FOLLOWS: "ENGLISH BREAKFAST TEA" "A BLEND OF FINE TEAS PRODUCING A DISTINCTIVE ENGLISH BREW". I THINK THE TINS MAY HAVE BEEN SILVER PLATED AT SOME STAGE, BUT THE SILVER PLATE HAS TARNISHED, EXPOSING THE AWESOME RICH BRASS BASE.
