During the 1930’s, Britains made advertising and promotional items for various leading companies and institutions, including Madame Tussaud’s. There must very few people who don’t know that Madame Tussaud’s is a famous, probably the world’s best known Wax Museum in Baker Street, Central London. A limited series of famous historical people were available from the museum gift shop.
This is a rare hollow cast finely detailed lead model bust of Madame Tussauds. The words "Madame Tussauds - London" are printed round the lower rim, with "Copyright Britains Ltd Proprietors" on the back.
A rare and unusual souvenir of living British history.
Condition
For a figure around 80 years old, it is in remarkable vintage condition with only slight ding on the top of the bonnet and a small stress crack on the shoulder which is shown in the last image.

The Figurine/Bust measures 8.0 cm in height and 5.0 cm in width.
