Please insure your parcel, we not taking any responsibility for uninsured parcels. In the case of a lost parcel, we will submit the claim to the SAPO. Once the claim is paid by the post office, the money will be deposited into the client’s account. Take note, shipping will only be done on Tuesdays and Fridays
Return policy
Two weeks return of items for refund based on mutual agreement between seller and buyer. Postage to buyer and back to seller is not refundable, only the item.
