I got this pump as a gift, used it for ONE day when my wife decided she rather wants another pump that does both breasts at once. Knowing not to argue with a post-pregnant lady I bought the other product which is also being sold now.
Still has the babycity sticker on that indicates a 1 year warranty on parts, i don't have the slip though (given the consumer protection act this shouldn't be a problem as you can't just buy the babycity sticker at any corner).
