We offer a wide range of brand new quality Polystyrene Profile Cornice Moulds  - Shaped and cut from rigid extruded polystyrene foam, which has been manufactured to international specifications and standards & resulting in stunning finishes.

These polystyrene cornices bring style and creativity to the building trade and apart from the upmarket appearance, they are also crack resistant, solvent and CFC free, waterproof, flame retardant and have an indefinite lifetime. All moulds have been pre-primed, making painting much easier & quicker.

TIPS & ADVICE

The moulds expand and contract with temperature changes
Apply adequate adhesive along the edges on the back of the cornice as well as on the ends
Sufficient adhesive will prevent joints from cracking
Cornices should be fitted on level and stable surfaces
Before the adhesive dries use a damp cloth to remove excess
Panel pins can be used to secure joints should support be required while the adhesive dries
If necessary, lightly sand joints for an even finish

We can also supply other interior finishings like, skirtings, dado rails, ceiling tiles, ceiling medallions or roses, corbels & architraves.
