Our mission
Although we are also photography fanatics, we do not sell photographic equipment as a hobby, or to make a bit of pocket money. In spite of the fact that we trade with the purpose of being a profitable business, our number one priority will always be CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.

Warranty issues
Most of the equipment we sell is imported from the USA, and as such, sold with a USA manufacturers' warranty. For an individual this would pose a problem, as sorting out a warranty claim could be a daunting task. Our customers do not have to fear this, as all warranty issues are handled by our South African office on your behalf, via our USA office.

Mack Camera & Video Service was established in 1938, so you can rest assured that your equipment will be protected if it needs service. Our Extended Warranty is designed to give the best total protection for equipment for the life of the warranty.
Mack Camera affords an international customer the ability to utilize any manufacturer authorized service center to repair their unit. Just contact our International Service department for instructions.

At the same time it's easy enough to use by those who don't get off on reading 500 page technical manuals. This DSLR's pro highlights include a solid magnesium alloy body that weighs just 28.6 ounces, 12.8 megapixels, a full-size 35mm image sensor, and enough resolution to allow double-truck magazine spreads (and a pixel size of 8.2mm for very low shadow noise and greatly enhanced dynamic range). The EOS-5D is matched up to the world's largest array of autofocus lenses while retaining the look and feel of film SLRs. What's more it can shoot an incredible burst of 60 larg/fine JPEGs or 17 RAWs at 3fps, with a start time of just 0.2 seconds. Its tracking performance is in a class by itself; it features 35 zone exposure metering; and boasts a 2.5" polysyllicon TFT-LCD with 230,000 pixels.

Warranty
This package is sold with a USA manufacturer's warranty, which could be backed up by a 36 month MACK CAMERA WORLDWIDE EXTENDED WARRANTY.
Transfer of risk
Coza1Digital remains the owner of the item until it has been collected/delivered, and as such are responsible for loss or damage in transit. If a parcel is collected from the Post Office and you suspect that it is damaged or tampered with, do not accept delivery and notify Coza1Digital. You will be refunded or a replacement unit in similar condition sent without delay.
Payment
Payment is to be made within 48 hours after confirmation of your order. Payment can be made by direct electronic transfer or cheque deposit. Please use the Bidorbuy order number as reference, and email proof of payment to speed up delivery. Please note that a cancellation fee of 20% will be charged on all sales not concluded by the buyer, or cancelled by the buyer.
