My terms and conditions
- All transactions are to be completed within 48 hours from auction closure. Failure to do so will result in adverse ratings, and possible civil action to recoup losses, or envisaged losses. If payment cannot be done within 48 hours, please make arrangements with me prior to the closure of the item.
- Collections are allowed, please arrange a suitable time, and confirm venue with me.
- Please note that you have 14 (fourteen) days in which to collect your items, during which time the item(s) will be insured against theft and damage. However, if the item(s) still has not been collected after 60 (sixty) days from close of auction, the items will be deemed to be no longer required and shall be forfeited back to the original seller (myself), and all monies paid will be nullified and void to cover costs, not limited to, but including, security, insurance etc.
- I reserve the right to close any auction, delete any bids, should I receive a decent cash offer prior to close of auction. I do sometimes place articles on behalf of other collectors, and cannot be held responsible if such item is sold via other media prior to close of auction.
- Once articles have been posted, I will not be held responsible for any theft or damages incurred. All items are accompanied by an actual photo (where possible) and I will therefore not except returns.
