Item as photographed. I purchased it overseas in an antique shop
who confirmed what I thought as a Victorian piece. Please note
the measurements to gauge size. Height is 16cm and the circumference
widest at the base is approximately 26cm. A lovely antique piece
for the collection. It is delicate and light. No chips, cracks noted.
Rubbing to the gilt handles.
I know a Bank Midsummer Night's Dream. The dream part is
rubbed
Marked no 55. That is dirt or other marks underneath. Can be
removed. Purchased like this so just left it
