Hi its the ballast that determines the power not the bulbs, so if you want brighter effect will need to change the ballast. Overnight shipping will be R50. EFT or COD is fine for payment. Regards

In most cases the xenon kit conversion wont need any modification such as cutting of wires. And in some new car will need the extra plug adaptor in order to fit, please let me know whats the vehicle make. Regards
