OK, can you send the iPhone to H G Portman, iCoolGadgets P.O. Box 1141, Meyerton, 1960 so we can have a look and advise, but we should be able to fix. If no water damage then cost should be R350 plus R100 return tracked postage.

Do you have iTunes loaded, what version firmware do you have (settings, General ,about). Please be more specific. Do not load 3.1.3 firmware. If still no joy, yes we can fix. Cost should be R350 each.

These are not genuine iPhones but Chinese copies, hence only being seen as a USB device. Sorry, you've not bought an original iPhone but a poor copy.

The covers, screens etc are not interchangeable, it is a copy, not an exact clone. Can you remove the battery and does it take 2 sim cards? I can sell you genuine iPhones at a good price but not change covers etc.
