By purchasing this package you get a New Printer & access to Free Ink for 1 year. PrintClub is the only company in South Africa that offers its customers a membership with free ink. Now you can print whatever you want, whenever you want, for only a small monthly fee and never worry about the cost of cartridges again. With this deal we start you off with 3 sets of cartridges. This includes 3 x Black, 3 x Cyan, 3 x Magenta, 3 x Yellow & 3 x PGI Black cartridges. This will allow you to never run out of ink when printing those important documents. Every month you get access to 2 complete set of cartridges. Note that you will not get that amount of cartridges every month, but you will have access to it.

When your cartridges are empty, return it. After we have received your empty’s in good order, we will replace it at no extra cost to you.

We will send the first 5 shipments back to you at no charge. Thereafter it will be R39 per shipment.If you use more of a specific cartridge, you may purchase extra cartridges at R90 per cartridge.

Quality:

We don’t supply “fong kong” cartridges also known as generics. Some, not all, manufacturers of generic cartridges use “cheap” inferior inks. With these inks you get lower quality photos and the Ink takes longer to dry.

We only supply cartridges for compatible printers. The reason is that other cartridges cannot be refilled without compromising on quality. We identified a few printers were you can refill one cartridge multiple times with specialised equipment, and get the exact same quality as an original cartridge. Our ink is of the highest quality imported from Germany. Printers also recognise these cartridges as original cartridges so you don’t get annoying errors. Print Photos, documents, kid’s school projects and get the exact same quality as original cartridges.

All inks are produced to almost the same parameters as OEM Ink. All the inks have the same light fastness as the OEM, and will not fade if the photos are kept out of direct sunlight.

Terms and Conditions:

• This package entitles a member to have access to 2 set of cartridges every month for 1 year. Note that you will not get that amount of cartridges every month, but you will have access to it.
• The package is for a 12 month period starting from the date of payment.
• Cartridges are linked to a membership using barcodes. Only cartridges linked to a membership can be replaced under that membership.
• 3 Sets of cartridges (3 x Black, 3 xCyan, 3 x Magenta, 3 x Yellow & 3 x PGI Black ) are linked to a membership when joining.
• No Empty, No Cartridge. You only can get a replacement cartridge once I received your empty cartridges.
• Customers are not purchasing the cartridges from PrintClub. They purchase a membership where they get access to ink once we have received their emptys.
• You need to send the cartridges back to me via S.A. Post Office on your own cost. We will send  the first 5 shipments to you free of charge there after its R39 per shipment.
• If PrintClub deem that a cartridge or cartridge barcode has been tampered with, the cartridge will not be replaced & you have to buy a new cartridge to replace that one.
• When you purchased this package you accept that the cartridges stay the property of PrintClub. You accept that no exchange will be given if we do not get the empty cartridge in return.
• Cartridge yields: Black 650 pages @ 5% coverage; Cyan 650 pages @ 5% coverage; Magenta 650 pages @ 5% coverage, Yellow 650 pages @ 5% coverage & PGI Black 500 pages @ 5% coverage
• PrintClub relies on the South African Postal Services. We cannot take responsibility for cartridges that was send to you. Its stays the responsibility of the customer to ensure that PrintClub receives the emptys & also for new cartridges to be sent to the customer.
