Annette Himstedt Collectible Kai

Annette Himstedt created each of her Artist's Proofs as a prototype for the doll's production run and used them as the models for catalog photography. They were also displayed at the Nuremberg and New York International Toy Fairs. Previously part of her private collection. Known as the foremost contemporary doll artist in the world, the vision and artistry behind Annette's 24-year journey is evident by the scope of this collection.
Kai, a little boy from Germany, stands 26 inches tall. Made of vinyl, he has warm brown eyes and a fun, spiked real hair wig. Kai wears a turquoise button-up shirt with a printed fish motif, khaki shorts and green socks. He wears a crystal stud in his left ear.
