Venter was one of a handful of correspondents who saw action with the South African 'guns for hire' group Executive Outcomes. His revelations about this organisation as well as what has been going on in the Congo are remarkable. Contains a hundred fascinating, and often shocking, photographs of the mercenaries and their victims.
A passion for books and a passion for collecting fine editions was the recipe that created the successful group of bookshops in Johannesburg called Bookdealers.
