This truly is an ideal holiday home boasting 2 bedrooms, 1,5 bathrooms (toilet and shower en suite), lounge, dining room and braai / entertainment area and open plan fully fitted kitchen. This free standing house has got a single lock up garage offering direct access into the house. The complex is ideally situated near malls and the ski boat club less than 2km away. This secure green resort complex is however only a short stroll's distance (500 m) away from a pretty beach. The house is nestled in a lovely gated community with 24 hr security and a communal pool. The complex has a strict NO PETS policy due to the fact that it borders a conservatory area.
This well maintained, newly renovated and tastefully decorated home from home is situated in a popular holiday resort on the border of the busy Shelly beach area. A small Superette, gym and various other shops are only 200m away.
The house is fully equipped sleeping up to a maximum of 6 guests. Beds consists of a double bed in the main bedroom, 2 single beds in the second bedroom and a sofa bed in the lounge. All furnishings and appliances are included! The unit has got a DVD player, but you will need to bring your own Decoder and card. Linen is provided but please bring your own bath and swimming towels. Truly a fantastic place to have and enjoy a holiday.
