The latest and greatest new Nav System. This unit is designed for both MARINE and AUTOMOTIVE use. It's internals were designed for the marine environment and this Garmin can be submerged in seawater for an hour at 1m and still work fine.
The cost of just the basic unit is $999.99 us (R7320.00) (using $1 = R7.32)
This unit includes the "Blue Chart Vision" part no; VAF 02R - that lists for $375 us (R2750)
It also includes city navigator -South Africa. part no; 010-10941-50 - which lists for $120 us (R900)
It also comes with original box, two mounting brackets, car and marine, all wires, connecitons, 110/20v charger, owners manual, warranty as well as everything you need to get started.
If you own a boat of any kind, you must get a system like this. Typical marine units cost thousands more than this new to the market unit.
My total cost of this unit plus the 8% vat wat $1495.00 + $120 = $1615.00 - which is about R11820.00.
My selling price is R7500.00! Yes, used only for two weeks travelling around S.A.
