These houses were given to first class passengers on klm flights( Royal Dutch Airlines) as a gift, filled with typical Dutch ''jonge jenever''(Dutch gin) since aprox 1956.

This is one of the second oldest series issued between 1970 and 1986 recognizable by the ''henkes'' backstamp ( this was the company which produced the jenever); the houses itself were produced by the potterycompany Goedewaagen in Gouda,and are the real Delft blue.
These are the second oldest and quite sought after houses to add to your collection;even searching on some Dutch auctionsites the ''Henkes'' houses are starting to get scarcer and these were brought recently from overseas
